Villa
Sukmawati is located on Jalan Raya Andong, No. 86, just one kilometre
north of the Arjuna statue at the Peliatan-Ubud corner. The driveway to
the villa enters a car park which can accommodate up to six vehicles.
As you enter the Villa Sukmawati estate, The Bungalow is located on the left, Villa Lavender is located just past the bungalow, with Villa Dharmawan (2 stories, 2 bedrooms) located on the right. Your walk then takes you past the swimming pool on the left, and a white workers' house on the right. Villa Sukmawati is at the end of the path, at the far eastern side of the property, well-set back from the road.
Within one kilometre of the villa are a supermarket (Delta Dewata) which stocks most western daily essentials, plus a good range of local fruit and vegetables, and meats and fish.
Close by are numerous small restaurants, a doctors surgery and a pharmacy, a branch of the Commonwealth Bank in Indonesia (with ATMs open 24 hours), a petrol station (gas station in American), and the local police station. There are also many shops stocking locally-made handicrafts along Jalan Raya Andong.
